Before you insert an image into your posting it needs to already be on the web somewhere as a *.jpg etc (If it's not and you can't put it up, send me a PM "private message" or email and I can arrange something and send you the links to insert as below.
Firstly;
Type the image url address, then highlight it and press the Img button at the top. This will insert the img tags for you automatically
Secondly;
Just type as
Make sure you have NO spaces
Thirdly;
